Meghann’s work consists of performance, dance, painting, and video. The backbone of her work stems from her performance background. She has always indulged in gestural movement when it is involved with painting. Meghann has developed an understanding that her body has been a working tool for her process. She likes to think of her work as a choreographical combination of expression.

In 2010, her body of work called "Dance Drawing / Painting Series" started off as a solo performance at envoy enterprises space in the Lower East Side in Manhattan. She has performed solo works internationally and in the United States. Three years ago she introduced her work to children in the New York City greater area. She continues to search out new venues to introduce her process to children. She is interested in using her art form as a language for children to express themselves but she is also interested in exploring her technique to help children with sensory needs.

Meghann currently lives and works in Astoria, New York. She graduated with her BFA from The Mary Schiller Myers School of Art in 2006 and received her MFA from Parsons The New School for Design in 2008. She currently attends Teachers College, Columbia University and is in the dual certification program.
